Poor service from FNB

I went to the dot FNB store in Centurion on Friday at 9am and applied for an IPad Mini. My application was denied (no reason given) and I was told it will be referred to the credit department and I will have an answer within 24 hours. As can be expected from FNB, it has been way more than 24 hours later and nothing!!!

The interesting thing is that I am a Platinum client and have a home loan and vehicle finance with FNB, none of which I have ever missed a payment on. On Tuesday last week I spoke to the credit card dept and the lady said that she saw I did not have an overdarft and could she give me one? (To which I said no) Yet I cannot get an IPad for R190???

Once again proves what a major mistake I made moving to FNB!!!
