I have been given a platinum cheque card a while ago. I was unemployed for a while but now a permanent superviser at a big company and getting a good salary. I know that I have had a default on my name in the time I was unemployed but made an arrangement and paying it off. I wanted to get a loan to settle my debt and only paying fnb after that. I also applied to buy an Ipad from the fnb website and got confirmation that I have successfully purchased it but then someone calls me and said that I do not qualify. How can you give me a platinum card and expect me to pay you extra money monthly for that but I still do not get any assistance from you otherwise? I am getting a good salary and have the money to pay a loan and a silly Ipad. I will be going to a different bank who can assist their clients.
