Equisition for my advance amount

On then 20th of April i consulted absa vehicle finance to advise them that i have settled my account however the was an advance amount because i paid 3 instalments in advance. i stayed on the phone for almost a hour waiting to be helped and eventually i was directed to Andree who was very rude to me and i tried explaining to him that i spoke to Lesogo who told me that i had an advance amount of about R1600 and when i told Andre of this he told me he had nothing to do with Lesego and the only advance amount he could see was R400 and he eventually gave me the caronline website where i can email my bank account details and which i did about weeks ago and i got the reply that my email did not have my banking details i sent the email for the second time and got the same respond, i then tried to call them i was not assisted because i hold the phone for almost an hour without a consultant assisting me so i eventually hanged up. i feel very aggrieved because if it was me owing the bank i would have had endless calls from them asking for thier money
