Dissatisfied after Accident Claim

I would like to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with Miway and the gentleman that assisted me. I was involved in an accident on the 10th March 2013 but Miway only authorised the repairs on the 03rd April 2013, 23 days after the accident. Miway only provides the courtesy car for 30 days. On Tuesday (16.04.2013) he indicated to me that my car had been assembled and I will get it on Thursday (18.04.2013), to the contrary, my husband went there yesterday to find that parts were only delivered on Monday which is totally contrary to what he said to me over the phone. I have been informed that the car will only be ready in - 15 days and my work requires me to travel and to attend to family matters. I stay in Benoni and work in Nigel. I am expected to pay for excess (which I am not even sure if it will be reimbursed at all) I am also expected to pay for the hired car if I use it over thirty days wherein they they took 23 days to even approve the repairs. I desperately need a car and I feel that MiWay has failed me and as a result i have lost all faith in them.

I will make it a poin to cancel my insurance policy with Miway and advise all of my friends and family to do the same
