Error with Provident Fund

Unfortunately this is the only way to communicate with management in a company. After moving companies, I requested my provident fund to be transfered and some payed out. My financial adviser contacted old mutual to confirm the numbers and he picked up that the amounts for transfer and payout were wrong from what was requested. The old mutual employee asked him to just overlook the mistake and let the incorrect amounts be processed. My financial adviser refused and insisted that the mistake be rectified. I called a few days ago and a call centre agent indicated that the incorrect amounts were not rectified. She agreed that they will fix the mistake and it will take a bit longer to process. I need comfirmation from management that the correct figures are going to be processed. I understand people make mistakes but trying to cover it up and act like nothing happen is bad. All I ask is that it is fixed. The integrity of the employees reflects the integrtity of the company. I truely believed old mutual was a company of integrity. Please fix this mistake and communicate with me ASAP!!!
