Outsurance = good service. But not at the moment:
I am shocked to receive such poor service on my claim for my 2 cars. I am now waiting 3 weeks for administrative issues to be resolved. I have sent emails, phoned but this seems to be going on indefinitely.
I should have smelt a rat when i had to argue with the consultant that i don't wish to go to a panel beater 30 kms from my house when there are at least 10 near me.
There are other fish in the sea.
