4 weeks ago money was taken out of my account by 1 of this ATM, i immediately did the normal thing any human being would do reported it while i was standing at the ATM with the card stuck inside. I got a reference number and told that it would be sorted, i have been trying to get a response from the bank (i have been with them for over 5 years)
No 1 wants to be responsible they keep telling me that the money will be in my account within 48 hours, now today after 4 weeks the tell me i need to open a case with SAP . 1stly this card was not from me, i feel as a consumer if my own bank can't protect t me then what . so any can happen in my account and they would not be willing to have a look at this . its the principal behind it that makes me mad, i think this 1 of the reason they cancel with std bank and move to fnb... they keep saying the card did nt register but on my side i got an sms notifying that money has been drawen while i was still standing by the atm machine with my card stuck there...
