Unable to retrieve statement

I was contacted last year by Derrick Smith an "investigator" from DMC around Aug/Sept. He came through to my office with two letters from DMC that showed the debt I owed on two accounts. I acknowledge that I owed the debt and made arrangements via debit order to have a set amount debited from my account to pay up what I owed. On account A I owed R3800.34 and account B R2296.12 as per the letters that were given to my by Derrick. I have paid the accounts and on account A I now owe R300.34 and account B I have paid R2932.28. There is clearly a credit on account B of R636.16. I have tried several times to retrieve a statement from DMC. However the furthest I got was the answer machine. I havent received a call to date. I did manage last month to speak to an entity at DMC on a 041 number. She took down my details and promised I would recieve a statement via email. Like the return phone call I am still waiting. Please can a supervisor get hold of me to respond to my query within two working days OR I am taking this matter up with the NCRA. I have my bank statements to prove the debits and I also have the letter from DMC with the original debt.
