Taking my money?

I have been on Debt Review since 2010/2011. I have paid off this account at Woolworths and have received a letter via the debt counsellor to certify this from your CONSUMER FRIEND partners.. However what is bugging me is this. I have 2 woolworths accounts. 1 : I dont know what the balance on the other one is and it has been taking 2 weeks to resolve this? 2. I would not have known this is paid off if i didnt go into woolworths to ask. Now i want to know: WHEN WAS THIS PAID OFF? And how much do they at Woolworths/Consumer friend now owe me. As far as i am concerned i need a full statement of account so i can see that i am now now owed money. I have not missed one payment during debt review and have paid a lot of interest too. Maybe this is time to report them to the credit ombudsman. I'm tired of this!!!
