Virgin ease the pain!

My son lost his I-phone to a pick-pocket on Friday night. We reported it on Saturday to Virgin who told us exactly what we needed to do. My son was devastated because he's self-employed and his entire business was on that phone! When we were told on Monday that the claim would take 2-3 working days before his phone could be replaced, I told Cornelia how desperate we were about it, as my son had big work commitments lined up and could stand to lose the work, without his phone. She pulled out all the stops, and called within a few hours to say that he could either pick up a new phone the same day, or Virgin would transfer the covered amount into his account, his choice. Fantastic service - a real example of someone who cares! Cornelia deserves a bonus, or at least a huge dollop of recognition. Thank you Virgin for employing the right kind of people - people who DO care!
