I spoke to someone from King Price insurance twice over the phone. I can't say if it was the same person, becauseno names were given. The first call was yesterday and lasted about 30 seconds, and the man I spoke to wasn't interested in any questions I had regarding the online quote I submitted. He also put the phone down on me mid-sentence without saying goodbye. I thought I'd give them another chance and called them today. This time, the man I dealt with this time was helpful, but I asked him to email me the quote which he has neglected to do, and he also just put the phone down on me without saying goodbye!
