I am not happy with ABSA, i made a request to skip payment for January for my vehicle they referreded me to their vehicle finance whom advised that i make a stop payment since my account is nto in arrears they cant assist. I then made a stop pament, to my surprise yseterday got an sms to load my account. I followed this up and they confirmed that the stop payment is still active the debit order wont go through. this morning it bounced.

now who is suppose to fix this, i was avoiding this when i went to the bank now they have failed me because this is goung to affect my credit record. I thought absa was suppose to make me happy, not this.
