DONT EVER ORDER A SMARTPHONE FROM FNB

I have received my phone in January 2013 (early in the month) and the FIRST deduction was only processed by FNB on 25 March 2013. Whereafter I phoned the Smart phone department and asked for the debit order to be changed to the 27th monthly, because that is when I get paid. GOODNESS! Today they tried to deduct again, BEFORE MY SALARY WAS EVEN PAID IN!!! I want the following:

1. a Copy of the Agreement I signed where it must show that I gave instruction for the debit order to go off on the 25th monthly, as well as your terms and conditions.
2. The interest on a debit balance to be reversed for March and April
3. The debit order date to be changed to the 1st monthly
