Debit Order Date Change not done

Hi FNB (smart device division)

seems that the service I have received from the bank is very disapointing for a long time now I have considered changing banks and I think this is the last straw.

I phoned in on the 26/06/13 to request that the debit order dtae be changed as the 25th was not a convienient date due to my place of work / salary being paid into my acount.

I received an email shortly afterwards confirming that the debit order had been changed to the 1st. The following month to my suprise the debit order runs on the 25 and RD.

I emailed back on the 25/07/13, attached was trhe email from elroy as this was in question.

I had to pay RD FEES for what??? this is not my problem that fnb did not do their job.

Now today I receive an sms saying they want to take further action because one payment is in arrears which I was unaware of as I though the debit order was changed to the 1st of every month.

I expect some sort of a response as this is horrific service.
