Incorrect Debit Date

I have requested for my debit order for my device to be changed to the 1st of every month after they have been deducting on the 25th without my permission, i then received an email on the 1st of march confirming that my debit order will be changed to the 1st of every month starting from april, to my suprise i was debited again on the 25th of march then when i sent an email to Khosi Myaka who i have been liasing with she changes her tune and says the debit order that went through yesterday was for march and they will still debit on the 1st of april, which is something she failed to communicate with me and lead to unnecessary bank charges which i want them to be accountable for.
