I went to Standard bank Branch Melville and Submitted my Homeloan application and all the documents were received by the consultant. That was last week Tuesday, Yesterday I contacted the home loan contact center to get feedback for my application as the guy who was helping didn't even bother to keep in contact with ME despite numerous emails I've sent to him and he hasn't even replied to one.
I've sent an email to the home loan contact center still nothing not even a phone call, Left a message with the branch Melville, Nobody not even one person bothered to call me.
IM SOO ANGRY AND DISSAPOINTE AT THE DISMAL SERVICE BY THE BRANCH ESPECIALLY.
