On the 4/9/2013 a home loan application (4543611) was incorrectly done by Thabang at the Pretoria branch church street. During week 2 a new account number 4546704 was opened, I advised the consultant of the documents I had submitted at their Pretoria branch. I am so disappointed with the service I have received thus far. I have spoken to several consultants at the home loan call centre and the last one being Kagiso reporting to Edwin Fin. He felt I wasn't worthy and dropped the call. I have been a good Standard bank home loan customer for years. Also paying a little more than required and is this the thank you I get. Your incompetent consultants have caused me so much frustration. Several attempts to speak to a Manger were render fruitless. I need my home loan approved asap and stop sending me endless SMS's and email requesting for documents I have already submitted.
