I phoned on Monday 22 April 2013 for 4 months of bank statements to be emailed to me. The consultant then informed me it will take 73 hours. Before 11h00 today 25 April 2013 I phoned again and were told it will be emailed to me within 1 hour. This is now longer than this and still no statements.
