Today we tried to request that the bond statement rather be emailed on a quarterly basis than posted on an annual basis, only to be told that bond statements can only be emailed on request and not automatically emailed. I find it hard to believe that Standard Bank cannot set this up as the posting of statements is fast becoming an archaic concept.
