Bank statments! what a joke

Good day,

I have been banking with FNB and normally the service is great!

This time not so much. I am in desperate need of my last three months bank statements (I am moving houses and it's for their records) I called the Customer care twice.
First time they told me my statements were on a quarterly run and not monthly, so I could not get my statements emailed to me. I asked her to change it for me as I think it's pathetic. Who even has that option oh I only want to see how my money is spent every four months. It should be sent every month via e-mail and that's it. Come on guys. You are so willing to bend over backwards to get new customers, but how about looking after the ones your already have.

The second time I called they told me that it had not been changed to monthly. This is unacceptable. I need these documents. I also work in a call centre with different hours so I cannot get to a bank for something so silly that can be done over the phone.

Please can someone just help me.
I really need my last three months banks statements emailed to me asap.
I want this matter resolved by the end of the day.
