Firstly, I am an existing customer of standard bank, who needed to re-instate my credit card, the consultant at The branch was helpful but did not give me the spouses document to fill. I was not contacted by Standard to advise the application was declined due to this document. I had to call the call centre. Eventually with no hassle got a credit card from another bank.
Secondly I went to the bank this morning as I needed to do an international transfer, I joined the tellerque as there was no one to assist if i was in the correct que. Unpon reaching the teller, she advised she was not able to this . she did not advise me who could assist. I had to leave again and again go to another bank
