I needed a year's bank statements which I had to go into the bank and get them printed as I never receive my bank statements monthly via email as I have requested a few times, I spoke to the lady at the Riverside mall branch she said that she would have to request Aug 2012 - March 2013 and it would take a day and I could collect my statements from any branch, she said it would involve a SMALL fee which is understandable, so I went into the White River branch to have them printed, if I was informed how much a COPY would be I would never have had them printed out!! I went onto my Internet Banking today and I see that R700 was taken off immediately for the copies, I immediately called your helpline to be told by a consultant that is costs R21 per page, I was shocked, I never receive any bank statements via POST or EMAlL, so everytime I need statements I must pay amounts like this, I am sorry I am very dissatisfied with your service, I find the staff working at the branches very incompitent, why are they not trained to tell their clients about bank charges etc...
