We contacted some individual at outsurance for a comparitive quote on the 17th April..it is now the 25th April..still no word from you..do you expect us to actually change insurance companies now..your service ..how long would it take to pay a claim?? 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks?? if even that... please dont falsely advertise that bs that you will "bend over backwards" for us..client care message 20922149.Ive noted many complaints about poor service on this page as well as others such as Hellopeter.com..catch a wake up!.Ryan/Sherryl
