I was extremely excited as I'm close to closing my accounts. I phoned Debt busters and requested settlement figures from them for my 2 accounts at First National Bank. I suddenly got 4 Different balance. Two from Fnb for my two accounts and two from attorneys that I had no idea even exist. I spoke the attorneys and even thought a COURT ORDER was granted for debt review by the court for debt busters this was never implemented by first National bank due to neglect. I requested statements from the attorneys and I was shocked to find that I was charged for things like sms/e-mails/phone calls that I didn't even receive. This is a serious offence and I'm bound to take it further - The Interest an extra small amounts is twice the amount the credit cards were.
