Let me know what's going on!

I applied for a personal loan with FNB on 22/04. I got a super fast response back from Mohammed at the call centre the next morning, and then an e-mail from a Mohammed. I rec. an sms requesting me to fax my payslip through. I replied to Mohammed's e-mail asking if I could scan my payslip to him, he said I could. 24/04, I followed up for a status. I was told they had not received my payslip. I was given an e-mail address to send it through to. I did that, followed up two hours later, and was told not received. The agent gave me her personal e-mail address to scan it to. Followed up later, was told payslip received, and my application was with the processing dept. and to follow up this morning, which I did, then I was told I am self-employed? I wanted to know if that somehow affects my application as I am NOT self-employed. Got put back through to the call centre switchboard. Explained myself again to the next person, they said I didn't send my payslip through, I explained I did. After holding, I was told that the explanation why I have given about extra deposits into my account monthly had been put through to processing. I want to know why this was not queried with me directly?
