Yes mam is fine. No mam its not

I took a day off work to go in after call centre informed me I qualify for a loan, Wendy completed application and informed me that I can e-mail my payslip to them the next day (they refused to use my payslip because I tore off the month), so they said I can e-mail it and they will submit it they asked me to sign ALL the forms (some of the documents twice). I e-mailed my payslip to Jacob explaining the situation (Wendy informed Jacob while I was there and he said it's fine) but they said it was unclear so Jacob said I can fax it, which I did and CONFIRMED on e-mail that it was clear enough. Wendy called me now telling me (after they FORGOT to call me back yesterday and then they were off line) that my payslip is not correct? I spoke to Jacob he said he thought it was only a salary check. I told him I explained in the e-mail that we did the application and that they ONLY needed the payslip he got rude and asked ME (the client) what we can do - what about being more helpful and NOT telling me something is correct then forget to call me then tell me it is incorrect DONT SAY YOU'LL ACCEPT E-MAIL IF YOU KNOW YOU CANT
