I was supposed to be delivered my new card today, AFTER FNB CANCELLED IT FOR NO REASON, and when I called to check the status of the delivery, they told me they had lost the new card and had to order a knew one and that will now take another 7 working days!!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable and if someone does not call me immediately and solve this I am leaving FNB. I can't believe you treat customers this way. None of this was my fault. Please fix it I am seriously losing my mind over this and this is the worst service i have ever received from a bank!! i haven't even been with FNB for three months and you treat new customers like this?! I"m SO dissapointed!
