Customers are now informed... beware!

Absa still cannot give a good feedback, Lindiwe Rantsele calmly called meand address my concerned and promised me that your legal department will call me. Thanks Lindiwe for your polite response but I wish you how I was mishandle and rudely gave feedback by 'THE LEGAL DEPT FROM A REPUTABLE BANK'.

Absa, I received your mail yesterday as I requested, still you did not give details of a person that confirmed my employment in 2006, and as you said I was self employed qualifying me based on the funds we received from my mothers estate which was a balance of R29000 on your statement and no deposits were in my account, only withdrawals.
You still dont have a payslip to proof, no number to confirmed my employed or letterheads or business reg no. as you say I was self employed. That is reckless lending especially for a reputable company, Is Absa a tuck shop?

Please may your unprofessional legal department stop calling me and stop intimidating me. Just get someone well trained to let me how did I qualify for a credit card with no payslip, no monthly deposits and how is my account moving to four different collection company and never received a statement...
