Unacceptable Service

I contacted NRB Risk Solutions on 14/11/2013 to request a letter stating that I do have an arrangement in place on my Nedbank loan and that I am making monthly payments. I was advised that Jennifer Adams was dealing with my account. I was transfered 9 times before I got through to her. When I explained my situation and requested the letter from her she first had to ask her manager. I then received a letter stating the following and I quote "We attach an instalment Agreement in terms of Act 32 of 1944 for your signature. Kindly sign your name in full between crosses on the Agreement. A witness must also sign the document where indicated. Failure to sign this Agreement will leave us with no alternative but to institute legal proceedings against you." I called back and asked why i need to sign this if i have an arrangement in place and I was told they have no other letter to send me and I was sent a statement. I have e-mailed Jennifer 3 times with no response. I have a right to get a letter stating that I have an arrangement and that I am paying it. I need this letter as a matter of urgency and will refer my complaint to the Ombudsman should I get no satisfactory response.
