Im extremely annoyed with Nedbanks legal company Maritz, Screuers and duPreez. After spending a full day speaking to 8 people in order to get to the right person handling my account, i have to deal with this. Another person wouldve said stuff nedbank i wont pay them. I informed Nedbank of my uemployment which lasted for close to a year. Upon finding a position, i contacted Nedbank since Monday trying to inform them that i will be employed as of April and wish to make an arrangement and have this put in a letter for my new employer. Ive been put through to 8 people in total until eventually i was told my account is with MSDP.I spoke to Tanya explained the situation and she promised to do the letter by end of the day or first thing the next morning. didnt happen, i called again, still no letter and the amount quoted by nedbank of my loan owed is hugely different to that of the attorneys and have since doubled even though i informed nedbank of my unemployment, plus R12000 legal fees added on top of the loan. This is seriously ridiculous as im making an effort to pay the loan, but why be exploited in this manner. My new employer is still waiting on the letter from MSDP and its a week later.
