Last night I received 2smses cconfirming the 2withdrawals in my bank account and this was done in Cape Town in the FNB ATM the first one was done at 23h54 and the other at 00h01 and an amount of R4650.00 was taken and when I went to Capitec this morning the manager in Carlswald told me this is gonna take 28days for the investigation and there is nothng they can do which I found very very unproffessional, a week ago transactions went off from everybody that is using Capitec and now they are telling me that there is nothing they can do when my money that I worked for is gone just like. This was very very unproffesional and the manager's attitude was very and he didnt care at he just issued me with a new card thats all. This service is very pathetic obviously they do have cameras to see who withdrew my money. I want to just close this bank its not worth anybody's money to be kept in Capitec is just BAD NEWS
