30days for an investigation???

My card was on 15.02.2013 due to a house and I went to Capitec Vaal Mall for a replacement card that same day. On the 22.03.2013, early morning, at FNB SCC ATM SHARPVILLE, there was a amount of R1200.00 withdrawn from my account. I went to Capitec Vanderbijlpark (Vaal Mall), to query this withdrawal on my account and they told me that my card, which I received on 15.02.2013, was used for this withdrawal. I told the Capitec employee that it was not possible as I had the card in my possession. I again cancelled my current card, which I received when the first card was, and again received a new card. They told me that an investigation will be done which would take 30 days and only then will they DECIDE whether or not they will refund the money that was withdrawn. I told the Capitec employee that it was unacceptable. I personally think that this is poor service on behalf of Capitec and why is an investigation going to take 30days and how can Capitec DECIDEwhether or not to refund my money.
