FNB cell insurance NO DELIVERY 1 week later HELPME

Hi there;

Please resolve the insurance challenge on my device. QP1423542: RE. QP1420794. FNB Device Insurance

1. Upgraded ATM and or branch in Braamfontein, you have gone from 4 ATMs' to 3 ATMs' and 2 of them are not chip ready NICE.
Nice strategy if you are promoting CHIP cards.
2. The ATM advance (Braamfontein) is inside a locked door so you cannot get to it after banking hours NICE.
3. The ATM in Sophiatown is always "OUT OF SERVICE" NICE, but Shoprite TILL always available .. you score points for this.
4. You guys messed up my profile, I changed my name in Randburg branch (Not the one in the mall) and you apparently have my old name NICE.
5. I typed my OTP (One Time Pin) incorrect, locked my account. Tried browsers Firefox 20.0.1, Google Chrome Version 26.0.1410.64 m, Internet Explorer Version: 9.0.8112.16421
was unable to reset password with any of those browsers. Went to Mellville branch and hit the internet kiosk in the branch and was unable to get it to work. Got to the consultant
at the desk, used her PC and was able to get the password reset in under 3 minutes... NICE.

4. Apparently point 4 has been resolved... hope so.
