Login procedure, keep getting my password locked

Every single month I am at the bank resetting my password. I was able to successfully log in a few minutes ago and now it gives me the message that - The Password associated with your account has been locked. Does absa have problems with the browser used on a Blackberry? I was using Opera Mini, I then tried to log on from google chrome on my desktop pc then i got this error. Its at the point where I am highly irritated and frustrated, once again i will need to take time off work to go and reset a password. surely this is not fair. Im hating my experience with the bank.
