Still No delivery of Apple laptop

Early in March I ordered an apple laptop through the FNB but to date I am yet to receive it. In my follow-up I was told that they had now escalated it (ref 173669400) and would get back to me. I then got an emailsaying they tried to call me to check my address but with no success and that this was now their priority (Ref 1888301100).made follow up calls and told once again that this was being escalated and would take a week. called after a week and told that it's showing in the system that my case is a priority. Last week, I eventually received a call from FNB apologising and saying my gadget had now been dispatched to the couriers. This week Monday got a call in the morning from Enginuity asking on where I wanted the device delivered. I duly gave them an address and was asked what times I preferred for the delivery I told them morning up to 12noon and also advised them that I would be travelling Wednesday afternoon so if the delivery is on wednesday they need to do it before 12 noon. I have just called wed mornin they tell me it wont be delivered today but will make it by Friday. told them am travelling but will be back sun so they have promised Mon. fingers crossed!
