Device order - No feedback

I placed an order on the 25th of January for a laptop via the FNB website and was told that I could expect delivery of the device within 15 days.
On the 16th of February, after no feedback or delivery of the laptop I called the call centre and Spoke to Sandra Mabizela who informed me that the device I ordered was out of stock and I need to place another order for a different laptop. Annoyed at this as noone gave me any feedback prior to me calling in myself and she gave me a reference number (SI20120240) and said that I would only need to wait 5-7 days for delivery as she escalated my query. She gave me the couriers number directly so that I could follow up with them as well.
On the 1st of March I called in again I spoke to Sandile with the same complaint and was given ANOTHER reference number and told that the issue would AGAIN be escalated (RC1303017187)
On the 11th of April I called again spoke to Leila who said she would "re-escalate" and make a note that if I did not receive any feedback I would be laying a complaint.
13 March spoke to Thopelo (RM13031329131) to date STILL no feedback or delivery.
I would appreciate some clarity and feedback - this is riduculous!
