Incompetent ABSA staff

I received my card from ABSA last year. I had to deal with the most useless incomptent individuals ever. After an hour they finally accepted my FICA documents. Yesterday I get an sms for the first time telling me my card is getting cancelled due to non compliance with FICA and that the card will be deactivated that same night. After almost a year I get this all of a sudden. I call in and am told that I must go back to that incompetent bunch at Northgate to get FICA'd. I would not have been given the card if I was not correctly FICA'd in the first place. These incompetent unprofessional ABSA staff think that I am playing games here. I spoke to a Selebano who keeps sending back to the same bunch that messed this up. Now I am incovenienced due to ABSA and their useless people. I asked to lay a formal complaint and got the run around. ABSA sort your business out. Why should I have to run around for your incompetence.
