I have no idea what is wrong with ABSA. I had 4 credit cards since FICA started. All banks asked me once to FICA but ABSA, everytime I collect my card, I take my waterbill my payslip and my id with, they make copies and then in between I need to do the same. What is the reason for this, cant you people do the job once and do it correct. Now you gone and stopped my credit card, cause of FICA, sorry, have a look at your records at ABSA MIdrand, see how many times I have done this for FICA, if you people cant do the job, not my problem. If my card is not active within 24hrs, cancell it, I wont make payment untill you fix this. WHAT POOR SERVICE, what a way to admit you not capable of doing the job, serving clients.
