Great, efficient service

I recently purchased a new vehicle and decided to contact the banks directly to see if I can get a good interest rate.
This is the first time I've dealt with FNB Vehicle Finance as I've always financed my vehicle purchases through Bankfin.
My first contact was with Musenga Kabaghe that displayed professionalism and a lot of patience. I kept changing things and wanting different information and he was always quick to respond with the information I requested.
When the actual contract was released for signature, I had a couple of additional changes that had to be made on the contract. I was told to contact a different person, but after not receiving a response as quick as I'd hoped, I emailed Musenga and he very quickly got the changes done and the process going again.
Musenga, thank you for making this a very smooth and stress-free process.
Keep up the great service. People like you make dealing with banks a pleasure.
