Now I know that ABSA FICA was a joke and lost the documents and hence I closed the account. Now Edgars is doing the same thing except with excessively bad service (and your FICA is linked to ABSA???). You lost the cards FICA documents 3 times last year so I closed that secondary card (faxed from your Clearwater mall). Now you are unable or just plain useless in coming back to me or advising me with my current cards FICA details. Your first lady Lerato gave me incorrect email details and the second lady promptly cuts me after waiting for 12 minutes on the line and the third lady also cuts me off. I have contacted you and sent emails and I get no reply. Personally your incompetent staff should be removed. I spend a fortune yearly with you and that is now going to change, as a good standing client I am going to limit my purchases to as little as possible. Now I would like the at FICA to sort this out promptly as I am tired of running after you when I am the client!!!
