Funeral Plan not paid as per contract

I have lost my Father on the 16/04/2013 which I have a Funeral plan with ABSA, and made a claim on the 17/04/2013. The funeral was on Saturday 20/04/2013 but to date the Claim have not been paid. I went to ABSA branch @ Phalaborwa on Friday, Monday even today Tuesday BUT still no help. We called the head Office they told me the money was deposited but still there is nothing received. I borrowed money for the Funeral of my Father then now i can not pay my debt.
