YOU DONT PAY OUT IN 48 HOURS FOR A FUNERAL POLICY

MY Father passed away on Saturday and took out a Pep stores funeral cover 5 years ago thankfully keeping all the receipts, This policy is underwritten by Hollard Insurance and then somehow The Best Funeral Society is included in the equation. I phoned on MOnday to report the loss of my father and was sent forms to fill in. I DID. and submitted the claim form on Tuesday 22 October 2013. I phoned to double check that my claim was received on 22 October 2013 and was told no send it to another email address which I DID. I phoned at 11 and was told that the claim was received and was handed to an assessor. I phoned again this afternoon and was told the claim was not received again. I put the phone down and phoned again only to be told that they now had the claim and could only pay the supplier... you comment we will pay in 48 hours - really - do I have to beg for the money that my father paid you for religeously...
