In December 2012 I took my mother to get a flexi funeral plan at Absa for her and my father. We did all the paper work and even got a printed contract from the consultant. Now my father died and when I went to the bank to put in a claim for the funeral there was no record of the transaction. This was a big shock in the time we were suppose to be grieving my fathers death. Now I want to know what is Absa going to do to assist me?
