Payment Failure and poor service

My father George William Scandling passed away on Monday 19/08/2013 a full week later we cannot have him cremated as the Funeral Policy he had has still not paid out to the funeral parlour! We travelled to Port Shepstone from Johannesburg to sort out the "funeral" arrangements. We initially had Doves working on the cremation but due to the cost we found another funeral parlour that will do the cremation at the 3rd of the price. We moved the business there and we are still waiting for them to be paid so that they can cremate my father. Siziwe Msomi the lady that has all the documentation for the claim has not even lodged the claim according to the Head office. When you try get hold of her she is either on lunch or not in. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life! All we want is for the "Above All Funeral directors" to be paid so we can cremate my father and lay him to rest! The new invoice was submitted to Sizwe on monday 26/08/2013 after which she advised that the claim would be paid out that same day, in the mean time the funeral parlour has to keep rescheduling the cremation. We have subsequently had to return to JHB and therefore miss the service!!!
