ABSA - not there when you need them most

I've been struggling to claim two funeral policies for longer than a month now which my late mother paid on time every month with the peace of mind that her Absa Funeral policies will take care of everything for the day she dies and that Absa will assist in the family left behind - this is however not what's happening. I went to the Woodlands Absa Branch - I had all necessary supporting documents (Original Death Certificate; Original ID of my late mother; my original ID; a certified copy of the notice of death) - they couldn't assist me, their incompetence was astounding. I went to the Faerie Glen branch with the hope that there might be more competent staff - they were even worse. Crystal phoned the Woodlands branch because they have no clue what to do in respect of Funeral Policy Claims - I was told I can't claim at an Absa Branch and that I have to phone a call center which only operates Monday to Friday. My time and money is being wasted going back and forth between branches because no one can do their job properly. I've gone in debt now because of funeral payments I'm liable for while I can't seem to even put in a claim, never mind expect any payouts.
