EFFIVIENT SERVICE ON CLAIM

I have lodged a claim for damages on my Ford Focus, and I was assisted by Mr Leslie McKerry who kept me informed of the progress of my claim from the first day when i was referred for the assessment of the damaged.

After the assessment was done he came back to me he reported with me that they have received the assessment report, and the will assess the quantum of the claim, and after this was done he duly reported back with me and informed about the benefits eg. courtesy vehicle and what i will need to do to enjoy the benefit.

on the 23rd of April Leslie reported with me who the panel beater that will be attending to the repairs and gave me the full details.

I am happy because i was not kept guesing as to what is happening with the claim I WAS DULY INFORMED OF THE DEVELOPMENTS.

I'm proud with the kind of service rendered.
