I recently opened up a gold cheque hoping to get an Apple IPad and earn E-Bucks. I placed my order online for my Ipad on the 12th of April. I have heard nothing so I phoned the FNB Call Centre. They did the order telephonically and came back and told me I do not qualify for one as I cannot afford which is absolute rubbish because I can absolutely afford. The are lying to their customer with their radio ads and billboards. To date I have also swiped my card numerous times and have not earned one e-buck. Its an absolute disgrace. Sure put radio ads on and billboards on but then say terms and conditions apply. If they do not sort out my problem immediatley I will go to Carte Blanche and report them and false advertising. I think its an absolute disgrace. They should tell you this before you go and open up your account!!!
