I Mr N A Roets reported my vehicle accident claim with Precious at Miway 22-07-2013 for claim no 470659 The vehicle has been for assessment 22-07-2013 and called precious again 23-07-2013 and 24-07-2013 to follow up on my claim and I was informed that they have not received the quotation from the assessment department. Please could someone or Precious that is handling my claim at least get back to me on e mail and telephonically on the progress of the calim and advise if any further documentation is needed and what is going to happen with the panelbeaters and quotations and also where does this case leave me now because I am not prepared to pay any access towards the damage on my vehicle because I was not the cause or at fault of the accident. I also need to start making arrangements for alternative transport while my vehicle will be in for repairs and that could also delay the process
