On the 15th of August an Auto and General client drove into my car. Since then the accident has been reported and I followed up regularly with Auto and General to check on the progress of the claim. Firstly they took weeks to tow my car to the panel beaters for assessment. Then it took weeks for the assessor to do the report. Then it took a few more weeks for Auto and General to give the instruction to the panel beaters to fix the car. Now the panel beaters will only start fixing the car on 28 October 2013 and what's worse - Auto and General gave instruction for them to use alternative parts in my car. I depend on my car to earn an income and had some huge losses since I don't have a car to drive with. I feel like suing for loss of income!
