On the 22nd while traveling, I accidentally locked my car keys inside the car and phoned dial direct for help.
A friendly consultant helped me by sending a locksmith agent to come help me but I had to make sure I had enough money to pay the guy and that I would claim a refund later.
As asked I submitted all the invoices to the refund department and almost a week has passed and nothing seems to happen. What really boaders me is the fact that all the time when I call to find out how far has the refund processed, all the consultants transfer me to the next one, then next one, then next one untill the line gets lost.
I already spent almost the refund I'm looking for on phone calls to dial direct. I just hope this matter is taken care of as I stil wish to be part of this family.
